Doula Support

I love babies. But I really love birth. As a second generation doula, and one of fifteen siblings, I’ve been surrounded by birth my whole life! This, combined with years of training and education has given me the skills and intuition to support you at your birth! When it comes to your birth support, I want to be as proactive as possible! So my support begins well before you go into labor! We will meet a few times during pregnancy, and always be in contact! At these visits I will provide resources and equip you with evidence based practices and skills to prepare for a save and empowered birth. Then at your birth, you can labor away, assured that I am always looking for ways to help you feel confident, safe, and comfortable!
